Agenda and Attendee List (as of 2.13)
Join us for a briefing of the curriculum and opportunities for high schools to deploy aviation technical programs in the state of Oklahoma. Industry representatives, secondary education teachers and administrators, and current aviation maintenance technician school personnel are invited to attend. Attendees will explore ways to support aviation technical education through matriculation and direct-to-hire opportunities, mentorship programs, and professional development.
The curriculum is assigned the necessary OCAS codes (as listed below) to count as elective credits for high school students. The courses can be taught in a computer equipped classroom.
Choose Aerospace is a non-profit organization managed by the Aviation Technician Education Council, a coalition of stakeholders with the mission of promoting aviation technical education.
